The starter edition lets you create portable version of MS Office Starter 2010 so that you can carry them on USB Flash disks. They are just good for basic tasks.īut, one good feature which you find only here, is the ability to create portable version. It is also a stripped down version and you can’t do advanced tasks like PivotTables and password protection. Same is the case with the Excel Processor.
In word, you can’t perform advanced tasks like Document protection, Table of Contents etc. Not only that, even Word and Excel Processors that comes with it are also stripped down.
